Overview
We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI / CD workflows. In this role, you will help design, implement, and manage scalable AWS-based environments, contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and support continuous delivery initiatives. You will work collaboratively with engineering, QA, and security teams to maintain a high-performance, secure, and resilient infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management : Support the deployment and maintenance of AWS-based environments with a focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and uptime. Networking & Security Support : Assist in designing secure cloud networking solutions (VPCs, subnets, security groups) and apply best practices for access control. Automation & Scripting : Write and maintain Python and Bash scripts for automation tasks, system integrations, and internal tooling. CI / CD Pipelines : Contribute to the development and improvement of CI / CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or AWS CodePipeline. Monitoring & Incident Response : Implement and monitor system metrics using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana, and respond to performance or availability issues. Team Collaboration : Work closely with software engineers, QA, and security teams to support application releases and optimize DevOps practices. Documentation : Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployments. Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role. Solid experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and VPC. Experience with
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
tools, especially Terraform. Familiarity with
containerization technologies , including Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of
CI / CD pipelines
and experience using Git-based workflows. Exposure to
monitoring and logging tools
like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana. Basic knowledge of
networking principles , security groups, and IAM roles. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus. Why Join Grant Assistant?
