About the Role As a Talent Management Executive at Smart Working, you’ll play a central role in connecting candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery teams – ensuring every stage of the hiring journey runs seamlessly. From interview scheduling and candidate communication to documentation and onboarding coordination, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat that keeps our process accurate, efficient, and human.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, structured environment and takes pride in managing details that drive operational excellence. Your efforts will directly enhance candidate experience, strengthen team coordination, and ensure the smooth execution of Smart Working’s global recruitment process.
Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Coordination : Manage 100+ global interview schedules per month, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers
Documentation & Verification : Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents, maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance across all submissions
ATS Management : Update and maintain records in ATS, ensuring up‑to‑date candidate information and minimizing scheduling conflicts
Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery to ensure transparency and seamless collaboration
Candidate Experience : Maintain consistent and professional communication, ensuring candidates feel supported and informed throughout their hiring journey
Onboarding Support : Facilitate smooth onboarding by assisting with document collection, negotiation, offer generation and coordination, and communication handovers
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle management
Proficiency in ChatGPT and Google Sheets
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Collaborative attitude and comfort working with cross‑functional, remote teams
Ability to handle high‑volume scheduling with precision
Nice to Have
Technical background (education or work experience)
Exposure to remote‑first or globally distributed teams
Hands‑on experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
