Community Manager (Remote)

Overview

The company is a leading platform that empowers businesses to create and deploy intelligent chatbots. We’re seeking a passionate and creative Community Manager to join our team and help build and nurture a thriving community of users. Responsibilities

Community Management :

Actively engage with our community members on various platforms (forums, social media, etc.) Respond to inquiries, provide support, and foster a positive community atmosphere Moderate discussions and ensure that they remain respectful and on-topic

Content Creation :

Write engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates Create product videos, tutorials, and demos to educate and excite our community Develop comprehensive help documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing our platform

Customer Interaction :

Conduct one-on-one Zoom calls with customers to address their needs and provide personalized support Engage in live chats to answer questions and resolve issues in real-time

Product Updates :

Regularly communicate new product features, updates, and enhancements to the community Gather feedback from users to help improve our products and services

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software, Figma, Loom) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for technology and a desire to help others Experience

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience Strong leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Other Details
