chemical manufacturing sector , is seeking an experienced and strategic

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead their financial operations and support the company's long-term growth. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial planning, risk management, and operational excellence across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability.

Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to the management and board.

Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency, accountability, and analytical capabilities.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.

Evaluate financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain robust internal controls.

Prepare detailed financial reports and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Drive digital transformation and system improvements in financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education :

Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

Experience : Minimum

10-15 years of financial leadership experience , preferably in the

chemical or manufacturing sector .

Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, cost control, and operational finance.

Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and ERP-based financial systems.

Exceptional analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
