Job Overview The Agency Partner will own and grow strategic relationships with key advertising agencies, driving revenue outcomes through smart adoption of Meta’s advertising solutions.
This role requires a trusted advisor who deeply understands the agency ecosystem, is skilled in performance marketing, and can influence decision-making at senior levels to scale client success on Meta platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Agency Leadership & Growth Act as the primary business partner for a portfolio of established media agencies Develop joint business plans and growth strategies to increase revenue, product adoption, and category expansion.
Influence C-suite and senior leadership within agencies to drive alignment with our platform priorities.

Performance Acceleration & Revenue Optimization Guide agencies in advanced planning, activation, and optimization to improve client ROI across Meta solutions.
Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot performance, and recommend scalable strategies Monitor pipeline and forecast revenue performance across multiple agency accounts.

Capability Building & Industry Enablement Lead high-impact enablement sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and workshops to elevate agency capability.
Serve as a thought leader, presenting platform innovations, industry shifts, and competitive intelligence.
Advocate for testing, innovation, and best-in-class execution across agency client portfolios.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence Partner with internal sales, growth and strategy team, analytics, acquisition, and support teams to deliver unified solutions.
Report performance trends, risks, and high-value opportunities to leadership with clarity and precision.
Remain current on policy updates, product launches, and compliance requirements impacting agencies.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience Required 5–6 years of experience in digital advertising, agency leadership, media planning / buying, or client strategy roles.
Demonstrated success working with top-tier agencies or enterprise advertisers.
Skills & Competencies Deep knowledge of the Meta ads ecosystem, measurement, and performance optimization.
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
Expert analytical mindset, translating data into recommendations and business action plans.
Proven ability to manage multiple agency relationships at scale.
Proactive, consultative, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
