Infrastructure & AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Description We are hiring an Infrastructure & AWS Cloud Engineer responsible for managing our cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, and network configurations. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of hosted applications and services.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage Linux / Windows-based servers on AWS or other hosting platforms.

Configure and maintain EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and other AWS services.

Handle domain, DNS, SSL, and firewall configurations.

Implement and maintain networking infrastructure (IP management, routing, security groups).

Manage backups, snapshots, disaster recovery planning, and performance monitoring.

Ensure high availability and load balancing across systems.

Collaborate with development teams for deployment and infrastructure scaling.

Handle server migrations, uptime monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, server management, and AWS.

Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, Route 53).

Experience with cPanel, Plesk, or custom server setups (Apache / Nginx).

Proficiency in networking concepts (subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, NAT, DNS).

Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).

Ability to write or understand basic shell scripts for automation.

AWS Certification (e.g., SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect) is a plus.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
