Overview

You’ll be responsible for turning raw ideas into polished content that looks native to social platforms and delivers results. This includes trend research, idea generation, and producing short-form videos with captions, graphics, hooks, transitions, sound design, and strong visual storytelling. The ideal candidate has proven experience creating professional, high-performing social content—not just experimenting on personal accounts.

This is a remote, work-from-home position with working hours from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 00 pm (with some flexibility depending on project needs).

Responsibilities

  • Research TikTok / Instagram trends daily and identify opportunities for client brands.
  • Generate original ideas for short-form content.
  • Edit videos that are fast-paced, polished, and optimised for retention.
  • Create professional-looking text captions, fonts, and graphics that fit brand guidelines.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple viral-ready clips.
  • Deliver high-quality edits quickly and consistently.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven track record in editing professional short-form videos (portfolio / showreel required).
  • Advanced skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing apps / software .
  • Ability to design and integrate captions, images, graphics, and transitions that look polished and engaging.
  • Strong understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

    • Desirable Skills

  • Motion graphics and animation.
  • Experience with AI editing / repurposing tools (e.g., Opus Clip, Pictory).
  • Graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
