Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager, based in Lahore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies, overseeing daily sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, coordinating with the R&D and production teams, and contributing to the overall growth of the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and achieving Sales Targets
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Business Development
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making capabilities
• Background in the garments or workwear industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales or sales management roles
