We are seeking a talented YouTube video editor and short-form content creator to produce engaging and high-quality video content for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques to create visually compelling and viral-worthy content.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) tailored for audience retention and engagement.
• Implement fast-paced editing styles , jump cuts, motion graphics, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop visually appealing and trend-driven content.
• Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring efficient workflow, proper file organization, and backup.
• Add captions, motion graphics, memes, and other elements to enhance content appeal.
• Optimize videos for different platforms to ensure high-quality, platform-specific formatting and engagement.
• Stay updated on trending editing styles, viral content strategies, and platform algorithms to create high-performing videos.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
