We are a growing UK accounting and consulting firm. We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team and drive new business through Upwork agencies.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Submit strong proposals on Upwork, showcasing our services.
• Pitch our solutions and secure new projects.
• Manage the sales process from first contact to contract signing.
• Work with project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
• Attend industry events and network to find new opportunities.
• Report on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
