About the job

We are looking for a Product Designer who is more than “just a designer.” - Meaning that you will need to fundamentally understand apps, their features and interaction flows. You will occasionally discuss this with clients and provide your recommendations based on common design patterns.

This job is fully remote and the hours are flexible. You need to attend occasional meetings in USA time zones. We will begin with a contractual offer with the possibility of extending to full-time.

Job Specification

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency
• Access to smartphone and laptop
• Ability to join client calls or watch recordings and design based on what was discussed
• At least 3 years of experience in app UI / UX design
• Strong understanding of how apps work and flow from screen to screen
• Ability to translate client feature requests into wireframes and clickable flows
• Ability to complete the design of existing apps based on existing design systems and partial designs
• Ability to motivate design choices
