Job Purpose
Own the cloud business plan and P&L; set pricing and commercial policy; build and manage the cloud partner ecosystem (CSPs / OEMs / SIs / ISVs); drive go-to-market and ensure revenue, margin, and forecast discipline across regions Job Responsibilities
Plan & target : Set the cloud strategy and AOP; break targets into regional goals and run quarterly re-forecasts with recovery actions Cloud Business Analysis : Own the portfolio P&L / scorecard (bookings, revenue, GM, price realization, churn, attach / upsell) and hold monthly business reviews Partnership Development : Onboard and tier partners; agree joint business plans, rebates / settlements, and compliance—ensure priority apps / services are available on our cloud platform GTM & field enablement : Shape cloud brand and campaigns (execute with Cloud Pre‑Sales & Marketing); provide regional business packs, city heatmaps, renewal / expansion motions Risk & compliance : Govern regulatory, data-residency and security posture expectations; support to approve service / partner entry‑exit decisions with Legal / Security Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills)
In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above Work Experience
Current Level – AM & Above Minimum Experience : 4 yrs. or Above At least 1 year experience with Zong at the time of placement and must be a Permanent Employee of the company 1 Yr in total at AM & Above At least 01 HP & above in two most recent Annual Appraisals with most recent rating as HP for promotion via internal hiring (if only 1 appraisal is done, then that should be HP & Above)
