Monitor courier shipments to ensure timely delivery.Regularly track and monitor dispatch reports to check if the parcel has been dispatched.Regularly track and monitor to check why the orders have not been dispatched by the warehouse.Create tickets on CTS platform for orders with address queries, parcels delivered to parcel shops.If any collection ticket is created on CTS, then action to be taken.Resolve the queries raised by customer supportFollow up with couriers for stuck parcels via email and their self-service portal.Effective communication with the Compliance team to maintain account performance, and with the Customer Support team to address customer concerns.Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience
