Knowledge and Skills Requirement

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Windows 10, Google Workspace Administration, and Microsoft Office 365 Administration.

Server 2003, Server 2008, WinNT.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Able to work under stress to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently.

Good Leadership and administrative skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and spoken communication and management skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Educational Qualification

Preferably Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology.

Role and Responsibilities

Actively supports the Head of Campus in the implementation of Academics in particular and co-curricular and extracurricular plans / programs.

Coordinates with teaching staff for syllabus follow up and lesson planning.

Attends subject coordination and lesson plan meetings.

Assists in the planning and monitoring of Tests, Exams and assignments.

Ensures that deadlines are met by the teachers in the checking of papers and result preparation.

Monitors students’ behavior and develops interventions for improvement.

Maintains professional integrity, confidentiality, respect and sensitivity in advising.
