Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion Prepare and present effective business proposals and presentations to potential clients Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance service offerings Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system Provide regular reports to management on business development progress and opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills :
Experience in (Industry-Specific Experience, e.g., IT, Healthcare, Real Estate) Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies Multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with market research tools and techniques
