About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Coordinator to support our projects both dedicated to advancing international sustainability and environmental initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about coordinating projects that make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination – Manage and oversee project activities for the Online Academy and Mustard Seed environmental initiatives, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

Team Support – Assist international teams with project planning, implementation, and progress reporting to maintain alignment with EUTECH’s mission and objectives.

Documentation & Tracking – Maintain project timelines, documentation, and tracking tools; monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

Communication & Reporting – Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management – Facilitate effective communication with global partners, collaborators, and internal departments.

Risk Management – Identify potential challenges, propose solutions, and support smooth project operations.

Process Improvement – Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and digital tools.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Project Management, Business Administration , or a related field.

Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments .

Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are an asset).

Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite .

Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform well with minimal supervision.

Genuine passion for sustainability, environmental protection, and education .
