They're looking to add a Senior Marketing Manager to their team in Europe, to lead commercial strategy from development through to implementation, expanding their footprint beyond the UKI and DACH regions. Senior Marketing Manager, Europe - Medical Device The role
Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business and commercial objectives. Provide strategic direction and support to the field sales team through marketing plans, presentations, and ongoing communication. Manage European marketing campaigns, convention strategy, and collateral, ensuring product messaging and value proposition are tailored to regional needs and compliant with EU MDR requirements. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across European markets and lead regional KOL programs. Collaborate with commercial leadership on product positioning, pricing, and segmentation, providing recommendations based on market insights. Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify trends and opportunities, recommending updates to strategy, marketing initiatives, and sales priorities. Engage with field teams and customers at medical education events, congresses, and site visits to gather clinical and business insights. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related scientific discipline. Proven, progressive experience (7+ years) in medical device marketing role(s), including responsibility for multiple markets within Europe. Experience in downstream marketing including successful scaled product launches. Familiarity with facility approval processes and reimbursement across multiple European markets. Ability to quickly and confidently establish credibility with customers and within the organization and work with sales, R&D and cross-functional teams throughout the company.
