Job Specification

• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Telemarketing / Call Center.
• Able to generate actionable business / sales leads for sales managers.
• Can confidently handle prospective customers on the phone to generate onward business / sales leads.
• Must have an understanding of managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Can work under pressure and meet KPI targets (i.e., number of actionable leads in a week / month).
• Must be fluent in both English and Urdu.
