Position Summary

SWIUS is seeking a highly experienced Senior RF Engineer to lead advanced 4G / 5G RAN planning and optimization across Ericsson and Huawei platforms. This role is critical in driving network excellence, enhancing user experience, and mentoring the next generation of RF engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4G / 5G RAN design, capacity planning, and optimization
• Troubleshoot complex 5G NSA / SA and VoLTE issues across RAN, Transport, and IMS
• Analyze and improve KPIs including accessibility, retainability, throughput, and latency
• Conduct parameter audits, coverage tuning, and interference resolution
• Collaborate with Ericsson and Huawei vendor teams
• Mentor junior RF engineers and support technical knowledge sharing
