Overview

A documentation project manager will :

  • Develop and execute a Documentation Plan
  • Obtain adequate resources
  • Identify the target audience and their requirements
  • Define what "high-quality" documentation is and check for it consistently throughout development
  • Test usability throughout development
  • Identify and minimize risk factors
  • Assess project changes and their impact on the schedule and budget
