Job description

Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering

Project Management -
Solving day-to-day problems at the team level (both technical and interpersonal) -
Mentoring of team members -
Communication with clients and within the teams -
Training of team members -
Scheduling (Estimation, Planning and Tracking) -
Ensuring timely delivery -
Ensuring Quality of deliverables -
Documentation.
Change Management.
Configuration Management (source code, infrastructure, backups etc) -
Software Development Methodologies (definition and implementation)

Job Specification

Technically oriented person, having experience of working as a software developer.

Good Understanding of OOP Concepts -

Adaptability and Smartness to cope with challenges of different Business Domains -

Ability to Write and Verbally Communicate (over phone / face-to-face meetings) in English with Clarity -

Ability to do Estimations of Technical Tasks, Task Management for a Team of 4-5 people, Create, Review & Track Project Plans -

Ability to manage people issues and large teams.

Ability to manage risks and escalate appropriately.

Good command over a planning tool (e.g MS Project ) -

Good understanding and experience with software development methodologies.
