Research Associate

About the Role

The Research Associate will primarily be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify and profile industry experts across various specialized sectors.

Perform detailed research using multiple sources to identify potential experts with relevant industry knowledge.

Compile, verify, and maintain accurate expert profiles based on research findings.

Prepare detailed proposal lists of suitable experts for client projects.

Create extensive experts lists and databases using Excel and other internal tools to organize and manage information efficiently.

Analyse industry and market dynamics to understand expert relevance and qualifications.

Collaborate internally with sourcing and project teams by providing well-researched expert leads.

Continuously update and expand the expert database to ensure a robust pool of industry specialists for client projects.

Working with internal and external teams on various projects.

Job Requirements

Back‑of‑the‑envelope bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.

Goal oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
