Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth

Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools

Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, needs, and pricing strategies

Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for senior leadership

Marketing Management

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

Manage the companys brand presence across digital and offline platforms

Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising activities

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging promotional materials

Analyze marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (managerial experience preferred)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful campaign execution

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital tools, and CRM systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Leadership ability with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
