Overview The incumbent will interface between floor and inventory teams to conduct accurate inbound and outbound activities, ensuring daily operations align with warehouse SOPs and project targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and control the daily project operations & activities.

Monitor operations and ensure all activities are completed on time.

Control staff productivity and maintain discipline.

Provide alternative solutions to the warehouse manager for any operational issues.

liaise with the inventory team to define cycle count / stock‑take schedule.

Control all inbound & outbound daily activities in coordination with the manager.

Ensure that stock accuracy reported matches the system.

Support reporting and documentation.

Execute company OHS policy and procedures.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant warehousing experience in a multinational or renowned local logistics company.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in related field from a reputable institution.

Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.

Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve set goals.

Strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive and initiative.

Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong command over Microsoft Office and related software.
