Proven track record of demonstrating leadership qualities in heading a multidiscipline engineering workforce. Self motivated with ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Capable of working with the minimum level of guidance and direction. Exposure to working in a multicultural environment would be beneficial.
MANAGER ENGINEERING (Job Code : EPC-ENGG-1)
Responsibilities :
- Plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the activities of Engineering Department.
- Monitors and ensures progress and quality of the engineering work as per project requirement carried out in-house or sub-contracted.
- Responsible for preparation of engineering proposals. Coordinates with proposals department to include costs of engineering in EPC proposals.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of in-house engineering capabilities Job Specification
