The Role

We're looking for an intelligent, smart, and quick-responsive Tele Sales Consultant to engage clients via WhatsApp and phone. This role involves understanding immigration needs, converting inquiries, and requires a cool, calm, patient, and kind demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume WhatsApp Engagement : Maintain an online presence on WhatsApp for 9 to 10 hours daily, proactively interacting with clients with patience.
Sales & Persuasion : Apply strong sales knowledge to effectively convince people to purchase Stratton Migration's immigration products and services.
Daily Reporting : Maintain and manage sales reports on a daily basis.
Client Communication : Engage effectively with clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s education is mandatory.

Technical Proficiency :

Good knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Good knowledge of how to use WhatsApp effectively for professional communication.

Good knowledge of how to operate a laptop efficiently for all work tasks.

Sales Acumen : Proven ability and knowledge in how to sell products.

Personal Attributes :

Skillful patience is mandatory, especially when dealing with a high volume of interactions.

Must be intelligent, smart, and quick-responsive.

Possess a cool, calm, patient, and kind personality.
