Overview

Virtuous BPO is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Admin & Accounts Associate with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support our operations. The ideal candidate will play a dual role - ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and supporting the finance team with accurate record keeping and accounting process.

Responsibilities

  • Admin : Oversee office administration including facility management, inventory control and vendor coordination.
  • Accounts : Record and process day-to-day financial transactions (vouchers, expenses, billing); assist with payroll coordination and expense reimbursement; support accounts payable and receivable functions; perform bank reconciliations and track petty cash.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Admin and / or Accounts role, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
