Responsible to achieve assigned targets CASA and NTB accounts by working under supervision of Senior RM and Regional Manager.
Responsible to retain month on month deposit in existing accounts in addition to mobilizing new deposit.
Compliance and Service Quality Culture Ensure compliance of SBP prudential Regulation, AML, KYC (Know your customer), due diligence of all deposit clients.
Ensure discrepancies identified by the Internal / external / regulatory Audits are addressed timely and rectified.
Work in sync with the branch team to ensure overall growth of business.
Responsible to provide quality & prompt Customer service to all clients and prepare customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Specification Fresh candidates can be considered but preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in any corporate / commercial entity. Preference will be given to candidates with some experience in banking sector or sales.
Minimum Bachelor's from an HEC recognized University.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banking or sales.
In-depth knowledge of the deposit products including the applicable regulations and guidelines.
Knowledge / Skills :

Working knowledge of banking computer based software & systems.
