Sales Manager

Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Requirements : Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in a similar industry or market. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (sometimes preferred, not always required). Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
