Job Overview : We are looking for ambitious, self‑motivated, and commission‑driven Real Estate Investment Consultants to join our dynamic sales team in Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for property sales and investment who are eager to earn high commissions based on performance. The role involves selling premium residential and commercial properties to both local and international investors and end‑users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Qatar.
• Make a minimum of 300 calls per day and fix appointments.
• Source, attract, and engage prospective buyers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
• Provide potential clients with detailed property information, investment benefits, ROI expectations, and payment plans.
• Conduct site visits, property tours, and investment presentations for clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and consistently follow up to close deals.
• Stay up to date with the Qatar real estate market, new launches, legal regulations, and investment trends.
• Collaborate with developers, agencies, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions from offer to closing.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and future referrals.
