The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

The Ecommerce Manager will be solely responsible for driving revenue and growth through our Shopify website. This role will focus on day-to-day operations, strategic project management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, optimising for conversions, and executing strategies that elevate online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic project management, including optimizing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of online sales, ensuring continuous growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and online campaigns.
• Conduct detailed analysis of website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable changes to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Work closely with content creators and developers to ensure the website is consistently updated and optimized for both user experience and SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
