to collaborate on project-based exterior visualization work for luxury developments.

Responsibilities

Create

photorealistic exterior still renders

for architectural and real estate projects.

Work closely with our visualization leads to interpret design intent and mood.

Handle lighting, materials, and scene optimization for realistic and cinematic outputs.

Deliver final visuals within set project timelines while maintaining premium quality.

Qualifications

3ds Max

(expert in modeling, environment setup, and composition)

Corona Renderer

(strong command of lighting, materials, and render optimization)

Excellent sense of

architecture, scale, and realism

Basic knowledge of

Photoshop post-production

is a plus

Ideal Candidate

Specializes in exterior rendering and realism

Works efficiently and independently with attention to detail

Passionate about storytelling through light and atmosphere
