Insurance Associate - Agriculture

Responsibilities :

• Receive and address all types of complaints related to insurance promptly and effectively.
• Manage and complete all claim paperwork for pay-and-claim insured farmers efficiently.
• Identify potential clients through leads and referrals to expand our client base.
• Schedule client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs and circumstances.
• Perform periodic policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and update policies as necessary.
• Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
• Complete necessary documentation and submit to underwriters for approval.
