  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify / WordPress)
  • Experience with product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
