Overview

We're Hiring : Team Lead / Supervisor (On-site Night Shift)

Location : Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Compensation : Market-competitive salary + performance-based bonuses

We’re looking for an experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage, train and motivate a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Medicare or FE campaigns is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of call center agents
Monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement
Provide training, feedback, and performance support
Ensure quality and compliance standards are met
