About the role

We\'re seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing data to refine strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your creative flair, digital marketing skills, and keen eye for detail will be essential in creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness.

What you\'ll be doing

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Create and curate content for various channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Design marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries.
Write regular blogs and case studies for the company website, showcasing industry expertise and success stories.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong creative and content creation skills, including the ability to write engaging blog posts and case studies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and potential leads.

Experience in designing is a plus.

Knowledge of marketing trends and emerging technologies in the field.

Strong attention to detail in all aspects of marketing planning and execution.

Excellent project management skills to ensure every detail of marketing campaigns is addressed.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Demonstrated adaptability and a proactive attitude in a dynamic marketing environment.

Position details

Position : Marketing Specialist

Remote Status : Remote

Preferred Location : Pakistan

Working Hours : 1 pm to 10 pm

Holidays : Local Holidays

Salary : PKR 50,000 to PKR 80,000
