We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling Diesel Generators, Solar Solutions, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in power solutions.
Proven sales / business development experience in power solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategies for business expansion.
Ability to deliver results and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of proven sales / business development experience in Diesel Generators, Solar Panels, and Energy Storage Systems.
Strong network and experience in telecom and defense sectors will be a significant advantage.
