We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Executive to provide exceptional inbound and outbound support to US-based customers, insurance providers, and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in handling a variety of customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems in a healthcare IT environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from US-based customers, insurance companies, and patients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Manage patient complaints and concerns effectively, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes.
Follow up to ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette and professionalism.
Provide daily sign-offs and reports to Team Leader / Supervisor.
Ensure compliance with information security policies to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and team goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery to all stakeholders.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader / Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent, Customer Support Specialist, or Call Center Representative, preferably with US-based clients.
Experience communicating via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
Familiarity with healthcare IT or insurance-related customer service is a plus.
