As a Business Development Manager, you\'ll play a critical role in driving and improving vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product.
  • Research and study of Ingram Micro\'s position / market share per region / channel segment and share inputs to the PMs.
  • Support the execution of Marketing Plan, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.
  • Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to ensure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business.
  • Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions.
  • Development of close relations with the vendor, and channel at every level.

Qualifications

  • A graduate degree with 8-10 years of experience in IT sales / Business Development.
  • You have experience in Cisco sales or similar products.
  • Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
  • A self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • A strong ‘customer-first’ mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
