Accounts Manager

Job Description :

Rack Master is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accounts Manager to join our team in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing receivables and payables, ensuring compliance with taxation (especially GST / FBR Sales Tax), and assisting the accounts executive in all finance-related matters.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in accounting, be proficient with accounting software and Excel, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Handle GST (FBR) Sales Tax filings and ensure tax compliance.

Verify and check invoices for accuracy.

Resolve account discrepancies and reconcile accounts to the general ledger.

Communicate with clients regarding invoices and transactions.

Handle general queries related to accounts and finance.

Prepare and present financial reports as required.

Support and assist the accounts executive with day-to-day operations.

Job Specification : Requirements :

Education : Master’s in Accounting (MCom) / ACCA / Qualified Accountant (Preferred)

Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and observation skills

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Sound knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet usage

Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to integrity and performance
