The opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the Growth Drivers team in executing strategic initiatives, managing reporting processes, and ensuring smooth operational coordination. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive impactful business outcomes across multiple priorities.

Your key responsibilities

Support activation strategy and processes for Growth Drivers initiatives.

Partner with leaders to execute strategy and prepare presentations, reports, and materials for strategy meetings.

Prepare, maintain, and organize reports and presentations, including managing Power BI dashboards.

Proactively liaise with account team members to ensure alignment and progress on Growth Driver initiatives.

Assist in managing the annual revenue planning process.

Coordinate Sales & Pipeline Hygiene activities, supporting CRM processes.

Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, preparing follow-ups, and maintaining key documentation.

Skills and attributes for success

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a strong command of English.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools—particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and teaming skills.

Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure while managing tight deadlines.

Upholds integrity and professionalism while handling highly confidential client information.

Committed to adhering to EY policies and promoting compliance among colleagues.

Proven ability to balance multiple project requirements and maintain high attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment.

Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
