About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Intern to support our team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across various departments. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies. You will learn how projects are managed from initiation to delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.

Help prepare and maintain project documentation , including project charters, plans, and reports.

Support coordination of meetings , take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Monitor project progress , identify potential risks, and assist in issue resolution.

Collaborate with various teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure project deliverables are on time.

Prepare status updates, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client reporting.

Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Support resource allocation and task prioritization using project management tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

0–1 year of experience in project coordination or academic projects.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic understanding of project management principles and lifecycle .

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace .

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project .

Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies .

Interest in learning about risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication .

Certification or coursework in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, Agile fundamentals) is a plus.
