Online Bidding Specialist

who can strategically manage our profiles, craft winning proposals, and help drive consistent project acquisition across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and optimize accounts on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant marketplaces.

Develop engaging, keyword-rich profile descriptions, gig listings, and service offerings to attract potential clients.

Regularly update portfolios to showcase completed projects and highlight new capabilities.

Identify relevant projects and submit compelling, customized proposals tailored to client needs.

Apply effective bidding strategies to maximize the success rate while maintaining profitability.

Maintain a high response rate and proactively follow up with potential clients.

Monitor platform analytics to assess bidding effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Suggest and implement strategies to increase project acquisition and overall ROI.

Stay updated with marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine approaches.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and delivered effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing and winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar freelance platforms.

Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, client engagement methods, and proposal writing.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to create visually appealing, SEO-friendly, and professional profile content.

Familiarity with IT services such as web development, UI / UX design, and software development.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
