Job Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product managers and cross‑functional teams to prioritize feature development based on research findings, market demand, and business objectives.

Integrate AI technologies into the SolutionInn platform to enhance user experience, optimize processes, and personalize interactions.

Identify opportunities to enhance the SolutionInn product to better meet the needs of students and capture a larger market share.

Develop innovative solutions and features for the SolutionInn platform that align with student needs and differentiate us from competitors.

Continuously iterate and optimize features based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics.

Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to SolutionInn's market position.

Invest in research and development (R&D) to innovate and improve our product offerings.

Implement data‑driven strategies to increase student engagement, retention, and satisfaction with the SolutionInn product.

Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature development based on research findings and market demand.

Communicate product enhancements and updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Skills Required

Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a product or business analytics role.

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in cross‑functional teams.

Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on student learning experiences.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business or economics) required.

Job Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in product analysis, market research, or a related field.

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and drive product decisions.

Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
