Preparation of financial reports to assist management in decision making. Raising / reviewing AP / AR invoices for compliance, completion of documents and matching contract orders. Carry out periodic reconciliations with customers & suppliers. Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper and timely recording of transactions relating to expenses / inventory / fixed assets. Liaison with site leads and internal / external auditors for smooth conduct of audit. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in day-to-day operational matters involving financial impact. Ensuring tax is correctly deducted on financial transactions & duly posted in the system. Skills
Must be Oracle Pro – efficient. Strong MS Office skills and data analysis.
