Job Description :
- Maintain and manage the office and plant IT infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, desktops, servers, and printers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage user accounts, system access, data backups, and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for internet services, domain management, and cloud-related solutions.
- Provide technical support for ERP systems, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently.
- Assist with social media management from an IT support perspective (access, tools, connectivity, etc.).
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related requests and maintain proper documentation of IT activities.
Qualifications & Experience :
BCS / MCS / Diploma in IT
Relevant certifications, such as MCSA or CCNA.
2- 3 years of experience in a related industry or similar IT support role preferred
