Overview Herbiotics Health Care, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing and most trusted nutraceutical brands, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand the Doctors Segment across Pakistan.
Experience Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies.
Must have worked with leading multinational or local companies such as Abbott, GSK, Getz, Martin Dow, Searle, Pfizer, Bayer, or similar.
Requirements & Qualifications
At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with solid exposure to the doctors segment.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, market understanding, and product knowledge.
Preferably a graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences or holder of an MBA (Marketing).

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the Doctors Promotion Team nationwide.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, dermatologists, orthopedics, gynecologists, and general practitioners.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
Develop and execute effective field strategies, marketing campaigns, and doctor-engagement plans.
Ensure consistent execution of sales plans and performance across all regions.
