Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in Islamabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting Medivma’s services. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, medical billing, or administrative support services
• Ability to meet sales targets and close deals
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field or have experience in sales industry
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
