Overview
We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and closures while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track and update recruitment activities in the ATS or internal database.
- Stay updated with IT market trends, niche technical skills, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry.Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools : LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, GitHub search, etc.Excellent screening and interviewing skills.Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines effectively.Experience using ATS or recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit).Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience hiring for European or international markets.Familiarity with technical assessment tools and coding platforms.Basic understanding of employment rules and compliance.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment.Soft Skills
