Overview

Location : Pakistan (Remote)

Working Hours : 9 PM – 5 AM Pakistan Time (Aligned with Canadian clients)

We\'re expanding our remote team and looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer based in Pakistan who can work night shifts to align with Canadian business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support tickets via our AI-enhanced system
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools
  • Install / configure software and provide remote desktop assistance
  • Perform basic cloud environment maintenance (e.g., Azure, Google Workspace)
  • Communicate clearly with clients in fluent English
  • Escalate or resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base

Salary

  • PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Internet reimbursement included

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of IT support / helpdesk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, email setups
  • Experience with RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English (must be comfortable with clients)
  • Willingness to work night shift hours consistently
  • High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps) — cost reimbursed monthly
  • Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Azure or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier)
  • Knowledge of Zoho, Shopify, or ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
